2) FULL (FINAL) PAYMENT is due 4 weeks prior to check-in.
3) DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 50% is also due 4 weeks prior to check-in. Damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after check-out ~ minus the cost of "damages" if applicable.
Payable by e-mail transfer, direct deposit, cash or money order.
"Damages" noted upon check-out inspection will be deducted from the security deposit and shall include, but not be limited to, damage to house or property, units(s) not cleaned, missing items, unwashed linens or towels, disposal of garbage & recycling.
